Ideation Program NEXT 2025: Driving Innovation and Collaboration at KLIK Group
KLIK Group once again presents the Ideation Program: NEXT (Navigating Enhancement & Experience Together) as a platform for innovation and cross-team collaboration. This program is designed to provide employees with space to channel creative ideas that can address various business challenges while strengthening KLIK Group's 3rd core value, Excellence: continuously striving to innovate and improve ourselves, teams, services, and products to be the best.
Kick-Off Ideation Program
The program commenced on August 13, 2025, involving 56 employees divided into 7 teams. Each team was assigned a different use case, serving as both a challenge and an opportunity to explore ideas and generate new innovations.
Although participants came from diverse backgrounds and expertise, the event proceeded vibrantly with a collaborative spirit. We believe that teams with varied backgrounds are crucial for gaining different perspectives, enabling them to deliver greater value.
Pitching Night
The first key milestone took place on August 21, 2025, through the Pitching Night event. Moderated by Karim Amrullah, each team presented their ideas before two internal judges:

⚙️ Mr. Amier Saefudin (Solution Architect of KLIK Group)
The judging criteria focused not only on the delivery of the material but also on the idea's ability to address pain points, its potential business impact, measurable implementation, and the new value it could bring.
The Pitching Night was filled with enthusiasm. Each team strived to present their ideas as effectively as possible, leveraging creativity, data, and their respective work experiences. Some teams showcased innovative presentation strategies, using simulations, while others emphasized relevant real-life case studies aligned with the business.
Awarding Night Grand Finale
The program culminated on September 12, 2025, with the Awarding Night, attended by all employees and KLIK Group management, including the CEO, COO, and directors. This awards night was a special moment, not only to announce the winners but also to celebrate the spirit of innovation that had been nurtured throughout the program.
After a rigorous evaluation process, three top teams were selected:

These three teams stood out in terms of teamwork, strong material delivery, and ideas that were relevant and added value to KLIK Group's business. These awards symbolize appreciation for their hard work and serve as motivation for all participants to continue generating innovations.

With the conclusion of the Ideation Program NEXT 2025, KLIK Group hopes this spirit of innovation will continue to thrive, not just ending on the Pitching or Awarding Night stages.
