Why AI Has Become a Necessity in the Workplace?

However, many professionals still have concerns regarding the use of AI, such as:

Through this session, the AI Team of KLIK Group shared practical approaches to address these concerns through three main principles: Master the Ask, Master the Guard, and Master the Result. 

Master the Ask: Mastering How to Communicate with AI

One of the key factors in maximizing AI utilization is the ability to craft effective prompts. In this session, participants were introduced to various prompt engineering techniques to obtain more relevant and efficient results. 

Prompting Techniques

Some of the prompting techniques introduced include: 

• Zero-Shot Prompting
  Providing direct instructions without additional examples. 
• Instruction Prompting
  Providing instructions with a specific format, tone, or structure. 
• Few-Shot Prompting
  Providing input and output examples to help AI understand the desired pattern. 
• Chain of Thought (CoT)
  Requesting AI to explain its reasoning process step by step. 
• Role-Based Prompting
  Assigning a specific persona or perspective so AI can generate context-appropriate responses. 

C.R.E.A.T.E Framework

For more complex needs, the AI Team also introduced a deterministic prompting approach through the C.R.E.A.T.E framework, where prompts are structured by including: 

• Character: Defining AI as a specific role. 
• Request: Explaining the main task to be completed. 
• Examples: Providing input/output examples. 
• Audience: Defining the target audience of the output. 
• Terminology: Specifying relevant terms or references. 
• Extra: Defining the desired output format or structure. 

This framework helps users produce AI outputs that are more consistent, targeted, and aligned with business needs. 

Master the Guard: Maintaining Data Security When Using AI

In addition to improving productivity, the use of AI must also be accompanied by awareness of data security. In this session, the AI Team of KLIK Group emphasized three main principles in safeguarding company and client information. 

1. Blockage at Source
   Before providing instructions to AI, all sensitive data must be anonymized first. Information such as client names, IP addresses, tokens, and other internal data must not be entered directly to minimize the risk of data leakage. 
2. Absolute Zero
   Users are not allowed to upload original files (raw files) containing sensitive data to public AI platforms. This step ensures that internal data remains protected and prevents original files from being altered by AI. 
3. Destructive Command Alert
   The way we communicate with AI also affects the quality of the output. The use of harsh, ambiguous, or unstructured language can lead to biased, irrelevant, or ineffective responses. Therefore, clear and professional communication remains essential. 

Through this approach, KLIK Group demonstrates its seriousness in implementing AI governance that balances adaptation and security. 

Master the Result: Ensuring AI Output Remains Accurate

It is important to understand that AI works based on pattern predictions and data, so the results it provides still need to be validated. In this session, participants were given guidance on performing mitigation from the prompt stage to the output evaluation stage. 

Validation at the AI Generation Stage

Several techniques that can be used to improve AI output accuracy: 

1. Prompt Mitigation
   Adding instructions such as:
   - “If you do not know, say you do not know.”
   - “If additional data is needed, ask me.”
2. Context Constraints
   Providing clear limitations to AI. For example, engineers can instruct AI to only use specific libraries when assisting with code creation. 
3. Recommendation-Only Mode
   Positioning AI as a recommendation provider, not as a decision-maker or full executor.

Human Validation Gate

After AI generates output, validation must still be carried out by humans. This stage is important to ensure that the results match the request without any instructions or information that fall outside the context.

AI as an Accelerator, Not a Replacement

As a closing, the AI Team of KLIK Group shared a message relevant to current industry developments: 

“AI will not replace engineers. Engineers who use AI will replace those who do not.”
