KLIK Group Independence Celebration: Maintaining Unity and Making an Impact Together

In a warm and joyful atmosphere welcoming the 81st Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia, KLIK Group successfully held a series of internal events taking place from August 18 to 21, 2026. Carrying the grand theme “Independence Festivities: Acting Together, Making an Impact”, the excitement and enthusiasm were already felt starting from the Pre-Event round to the climax during the Main Event.

The series of activities held aimed to serve as a medium to strengthen cooperation and solidarity among colleagues within the KLIK Group environment in working and delivering digital transformation solutions. Various types of competitions were presented to develop employee teamwork, including: 

  • Sports & Agility: This category was presented to train physical endurance, focus, and a strategic mindset. Through badminton and billiards, employees were invited to channel positive energy, sharpen precision in decision-making, and build sportsmanship.
  • E-Sports & Entertainment: Responding to trend developments and generational diversity in the workplace, this category became an effective medium for relaxation. The Mobile Legends competition popular among the youth will test communication and teamwork digitally, while karaoke serves as a free space to express oneself among colleagues of all age groups.
  • Traditions & Knowledge : Traditional independence games like the cracker-eating contest were transformed into team competitions, so they not only brought laughter, but also trained coordination with teammates. Meanwhile, trivia quizzes and inter-division noodle decorating contests will test insight, quick thinking, creativity, and synchronization of ideas among division members.
